The number one goal of everyone in our team is to make our clients exceptionally happy. The Internal Sales & Marketing Executive will play an important role in making sure that happens. We are seeking an Internal Sales & Marketing Executive to play a key role in supporting both our sales and marketing operations. This is role that combines lead generation, client support, and marketing campaign execution to help drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate records in the CRM.
  • Support the sales pipeline by coordinating quotes, proposals, and client communications.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and client communications.
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with account managers and technical teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and client-facing communications.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Experience in sales support, marketing, or internal sales roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of IT Applications, Software & Hardware
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, PPC).
  • Full drivers license.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with IT Managed Services, cloud solutions, or technology consulting.
  • Knowledge of NI and ROI business markets, including regulatory considerations.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) for marketing support.
  • Interest in continuous learning in IT sales and marketing trends.
