THE EMPLOYER IS: BOOM CLAP PLAY This role is suited to someone with existing foundational design skills who is looking to build professional studio experience. The position supports internal marketing, communications, and creative development within a small creative studio. The successful candidate will work with guidance from senior staff and contribute to real projects using industry-standard tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Producing visual assets for internal marketing and communications.
• Developing layouts and basic animations from agreed briefs.
• Preparing, organising, and managing design assets for reuse.
• Assisting with documentation and presentation of creative work.
• Using design software confidently to produce work to a required standard.
• Taking part in creative discussions and applying feedback.
• Supporting wider studio activity related to visual communication.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Prior experience with digital design (education and/or personal projects).
• Working knowledge of design software (e.g. Adobe Cloud or similar).
• Basic understanding of layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to follow briefs and respond to feedback.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills

• A relevant qualification or portfolio demonstrating design work.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
