HR Business Partner
Job description
As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the management of human resource-related issues and act as a strategic business partner, change agent, employee champion and HR process/policy expert to support business strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities
- As HR Business Partner, you will be the main point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit and a strategic partner to assigned business.
- You will identify HR needs required by the business and develop executive HR strategies to support the business strategy.
- You will identify team development gaps and facilitate team development activities to improve collaboration and team performance.
- You will conduct weekly meetings with respective business units. Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- You will manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- You will maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partnering with the legal department as needed/required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- As HR Business Partner, essentially, you will have a Bachelor’s degree in behavioural science, human resources management or related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
