Stager and Stylist
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: BESPOKE STAGING NI We are looking for a creative, practical and detail-focused Stager to help transform properties into beautifully presented, market-ready homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an eye for styling, and takes pride in creating impactful spaces that photograph and present well for sale or rental. You will support the wider team on-site and in the warehouse to ensure each project is installed on time, safely, and to a high visual standard.
Responsibilities
- Assist with styling and staging properties, including arranging furniture, artwork, accessories and soft furnishings in line with design briefs.
- Prepare, pack and load items for each project, ensuring all required stock is checked, protected and ready for transport.
- Support the team with on-site installation and de-staging, including unloading vans, placing items, and ensuring spaces are left tidy and presentable.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation across all staged properties, carrying out minor adjustments and touch-ups as required during visits.
- Help keep the warehouse and organised, labelled and safe, returning items to the correct locations after projects.
- Handle furniture and accessories carefully to minimise damage and report any breakages or issues promptly.
- Follow project schedules and instructions from senior team members to ensure smooth and efficient installations.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service when on-site at client properties.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Ability to work well as part of a small, fast paced team and follow direction.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in home staging, removals, retail merchandising, events set-up or a similar practical role.
- Basic understanding of design principles, colour coordination and room layout.
- Manual handling training or experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Full licence and access to own car.
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (e.g. smartphone apps, email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) for schedules and project information.
