Responsibilities

• Care in the community.
• Washing/showering, toileting, oral hygiene.
• Light meal preparation - breakfast/lunch/tea/supper
• Companionship.
• General tidy round before leaving ensuring all areas are clean and safe.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care.
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.
• Care about the community they live in.

Desirable Skills

• QCF Level 3 in health and social care or above.
• Previous paid caring experience.
• Be well organised/professional/caring.
