Join the Avondale team as an Operative within their fast-paced food production environment. This is a hands-on role requiring previous factory experience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Packing products on the lines.
• Reporting faults or inconsistencies to the relevant department.
• Ensuring hygiene, safety, and production standards are met.
• Preparing and mixing ingredients according to production schedules.
• Setting up and monitoring mixers and related equipment.
• Collaborating with team members across shifts to ensure workflow continuity.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous production line experience essential.
• Excellent communication skills for flagging issues and updating team leaders.
• Strong sense of initiative and accountability.
• Basic English needed to understand procedures and safety guidance.

Desirable Skills

• Dispatch or warehouse background highly desirable.
