Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: MJM MARINE A Purchase Order Administrator plays a key part in ensuring smooth procurement operations by assisting with the purchasing process and maintaining accurate records. They will also provide essential administrative support to the team, helping to keep operations organised and running effectively. MJM Marine is a progressive, flexible and rapidly growing specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor. The business has built a reputation for excellence and innovation by delivering major marine projects for local and global clients and due to significant growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Order Administrator at our Newry Office. Successful applicants can participate in education, training as is necessary, to enable them to carry out their role and to support the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintain records of orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Resolve discrepancies between orders, deliveries, and invoices.
- Support teams with administrative tasks.
