We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Production Operatives. Production operative plays a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment and machinery efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean work space.
• Monitor the production process and carry out basic quality checks.
• Pack finished products accurately and prepare them for shipment.
• Report equipment faults and production issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• No prior experience is necessary, full training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of health and safety principles.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
