Job description

General warehouse duties. Filling bags of animal & bird feed. Refilling products sold within the business. Answering telephone. Taking orders & answering queries via phone & email. Serving customers. Ensuring correct distribution of goods according to batch numbers. Cleaning & tidying. Labelling all products. Organising transport for outgoing goods.

Responsibilities

• Stock control.
• Cleaning & tidying warehouse any other duties necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent time keeping and strong communications skills.
• Good manners and ability to work on own initiative.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of job duties required.
• Ability to carry out some heavy lifting duties.

Desirable Skills

• Driving licence or ability to make your own way to workplace.
• Forklift licence & experience of operating machinery preferable. (training will be provided)
