Job description

Adult Learning Disability Crisis Response/ Home Treatment is an alternative to in-patient care for those who in the absence of the service would require hospital admission. The Service is delivered 7 days per week 9 am to 1am including weekends and bank holidays. The Practitioner will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of Crisis Response/Home Treatment Services. They will participate in duty rotas to ensure effective delivery of the service.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Hold a relevant nursing qualification and be a Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the live NMC Register.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of working with Adults with a Learning Disability/Mental Health in a Crisis Situation.
