Sales & Account Development Executive


Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: POCKET BOX LTD We are seeking a motivated Sales & Account Development Executive to help grow PocketBox by developing relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities. This role involves upselling, cross-selling, lead generation, and proactive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing customers.
  • Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Contacting customers to promote new products or features.
  • Researching and identifying new sales leads.
  • Following up on enquiries and warm leads.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
  • Working closely with customer support to identify sales opportunities.
  • Contributing ideas to improve sales performance and customer retention.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner.
  • Comfortable engaging customers in sales conversations.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
  • Results-focused.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous sales, account management, or business development experience.
  • Experience using CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Interest in customer growth, retention, and relationship management.
