Customer Support and Onboarding Assistant
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: POCKET BOX LTD PocketBox is looking for a Customer Support & Onboarding Assistant to support our customers throughout their journey with our platform. This role focuses on helping new custom ers get set up, providing basic training, and responding to customer queries to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Supporting new customers with account setup and onboarding.
- Delivering basic customer training via phone, email, or online tools.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving common issues.
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer support queries.
- Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and notes.
- Identifying recurring customer issues and feeding these back to the team.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems.
Desirable Skills
- Previous customer service or support experience.
- Experience delivering customer training or onboarding.
- Familiarity with CRM or customer support systems.
- Interest in software, technology, or digital platforms.

The Employer is: POCKET BOX LTD JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
