Choice is recruiting Scheme Coordinators to support tenants within our Sheltered Living Schemes in East and South Belfast. As a Scheme Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting tenants to live independently in this good neighbour style post. Duties include carrying out welfare checks, developing support plans, arranging social activities, and providing day-to-day assistance.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• One year’s recent experience providing professional and care/support services.

Desirable Skills

• CLAIT or equivalent; Administration; Qualification in Housing or Support/Care.
