Job description

Usually 4.5-hour shifts over two days agreed with client, with flexibility; no evenings, no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care support, including exercise
• Provide supervision with preparation of daily meals, laundry, ironing, washing up, loading and unloading dishwasher, arranging wardrobe.
• Support with keeping appointments, accompanying social and leisure activities such as using gym, provide assistance to visit with friends and family

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in providing personal care services.
