We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Stores person to join our team in a temporary role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional attention to detail & organisational skills when working in our environment. This position requires a blend of operational knowledge, particularly in materials handling and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Perform heavy lifting as necessary to manage stock movement within the store.
• Handle materials efficiently, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving goods.
• Help with inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Load and unload merchandise as required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred, with a focus on stocking and materials handling.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) when required throughout the shift.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic maintenance tasks is advantageous.
• A background in Automotive or related fields may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
