Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining confidentiality
- Responsible for adhering to practice protocols and procedures
- Responsible for completion of tasks
- Answer busy phone service.
- Meet, greet and directing patients to appropriate health care professional.
- Book appointments, accurately updating computer records.
- Processing mail and results.
- Email management and scanning.
- Engaging with third parties.
- Operating prescription line.
- Ensuring prescriptions are recorded.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience in dealing with high volume of calls.
- Communication skills.
- People skills.
- IT/Computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Further Information
