THE EMPLOYER IS: SW STREETFOOD LTD I am looking to hire an experienced member of staff to Join our team. If the job role was suited with a clear progression path offered a probationary term. This would include after the training/probation term. The company is growing rapidly and expects huge increase in opportunity over the next 12 months, and so there is a clear progression for the right person. In time we would expect the candidate to operate their own site and team. You would be cooking at our fast paced food truck site in Glengormley, or at our concession in Lisburn road in Belfast. Hours at the moment are between 10-4 Thursday to Sunday. We also have events booked in the summer - Events serviced in the past include the Golf Open in Portrush in various festivals and private events. We value our staff and are keen to develop the correct individual for a career in our specialist industry. We aim to reward our staff well for the work they do, and the responsibility they take on, and so when this is proven you would be pivotal in our small operation and we would aim to compensate you for this. As individual is going to be put in a position of trust they would be subject to a disclosure check.

Responsibilities

• You would be preparing our Artisan Toastie Range, including prepping our in-house menu prior to service beginning.
• Serving customers and handling transactions.
• Filming social media content for our social media channels.
• Eventually you may manage a small team after progression.
• Ensuring standards are adhered to in terms of cleanliness and food standards.
• Cashing up and reporting to owner at the end of each day.
• In time - driving to suppliers and handling ordering for stock levels to maintain smooth operation of site with access to company vehicle.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience of food prep including Food Hygiene Standards.
• Customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

• Driving licence would be desirable, however not essential.
