Job description
Bloomfields Private Nursing Home is looking for an Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions within the care home. This role supports residents, families, and staff by managing records, coordinating communication, maintaining compliance, and overseeing office systems. Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Experience in care / healthcare setting.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of care home regulations. ( e.g: RQIA or relevant authority standards)
- Experience with care home management systems (e.g., Person Centred Software, Care Docs).
- Basic accounting or financial administration experience.
