Job description

To lead and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Housing Services for the assigned region. As a member of the Directorate’s senior management team ensure the provision of excellent customer centred housing services in a landlord at scale.

Responsibilities

• To support the Director of Housing (DH) in the development, delivery and continuous improvement of housing services in accordance with corporate strategies and the Directorate Business Plan.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Possess a degree level qualification (i.e. Level 6) or above or an equivalent level professional qualification.
