This post is considered regulated activity under the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (NI) Order 2007. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure Check via Access NI before commencing employment and then every 3 years after.

Responsibilities

• Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping.
• Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
• Personal care, actively engage with clients in meaningful activities, conversations, and social interactions, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Understanding of Safeguarding and Duty of Care.
• Good communication skills.

Further Information

Excellent pay rates from £13.20 per hour and mileage at 35p per mile. Minimum 1 hour calls. Spend more time with every client.
