Responsibilities

  • To ensure NWCare Service Users receive delivery of care in accordance with company policies and procedures and in line with company Aims and Objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or above
  • Previous experience in monitoring and compliance of quality systems and processes
  • Registered with the NI Social Care Council and/or registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council
  • Provides evidence of past personal and professional development
  • Provides evidence of knowledge of quality assurance systems and RQIA minimum standards
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • High standard of accuracy
  • Flexible in working hours to respond to business needs

Desirable Skills

  • QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the role of Quality Monitoring Officer within healthcare
