- To ensure NWCare Service Users receive delivery of care in accordance with company policies and procedures and in line with company Aims and Objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or above
- Previous experience in monitoring and compliance of quality systems and processes
- Registered with the NI Social Care Council and/or registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council
- Provides evidence of past personal and professional development
- Provides evidence of knowledge of quality assurance systems and RQIA minimum standards
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- High standard of accuracy
- Flexible in working hours to respond to business needs
Desirable Skills
- QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Previous experience in the role of Quality Monitoring Officer within healthcare
