THE EMPLOYER IS: MINDMILL (HR) SOFTWARE LTD. The Marketing & Client Outreach Support Assistant will support a multi-channel digital marketing campaign promoting our Apprenticeship and other Volume Screening solutions, including psychometric-assessment-based services. Working closely with the Head of Operations and external marketing consultants and agencies, the role involves managing follow-up communication with employer contacts, helping coordinate campaign activities, and contributing to the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms. The role focuses on digital communication, content support, and campaign coordination to help ensure smooth delivery of outreach activity.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inbound communications from employer contacts reached through the digital outreach campaign.
  • Send structured follow-up messages to maintain engagement and campaign momentum.
  • Share approved information and materials relating to our Apprenticeship and other Volume Screening solutions.
  • Accurately log all interactions within internal tracking systems.
  • Follow established communication templates and messaging guidelines.
  • Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
  • Help create visuals, captions, short videos, and campaign updates in line with brand guidelines and agency direction.
  • Coordinate with external marketing partners to ensure alignment with the overall campaign strategy.
  • Monitor engagement and flag employer-relevant comments or messages to internal colleagues.
  • Maintain shared campaign calendars, content schedules, and project task lists.
  • Support the Head of Operations with workflow organisation and weekly reporting.
  • Prepare documents, templates, and other materials needed to support outreach activities.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, providing updates from communication and social activities.
  • Gather performance metrics from social media and outreach tools.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports summarising engagement levels, reach, and trend observations.
  • Support analysis on which messages and content types generate the strongest interest from employer audiences.
  • Help organise and archive digital assets, maintain shared drive folders, and manage version control.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all communication and campaign-related tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong written communication skills suitable for professional external correspondence.
  • Interest in digital marketing, social media, and online communication.
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Confidence using major social media platforms and basic digital tools.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with simple content-creation tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok content formats.
  • Basic experience with CRM systems or tracking spreadsheets.
  • Interest in data-driven marketing or digital analytics.
  • Ability to contribute creative ideas for social content and employer communications.
