Job description
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to Service Users in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care, ensuring that each client receives the support they need to maintain their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Provide Personal Care: Assist with personal care tasks, including: Bathing and showering Dressing and grooming Toileting and incontinence care Mobility and transfer assistance Support with Daily Living Activities: Assist with daily living tasks, including: Meal preparation and feeding Medication management Household tasks (e.g., laundry, cleaning) Promote Independence and Safety: Support service users to maintain their independence and safety, including: Assisting with mobility and transferring between rooms Ensuring a safe and clean living environment Supporting service users to manage risks and hazards Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain effective relationships with Service Users, their families, and other healthcare professionals Document Care and Support: Accurately record and document care and support provided, including: Maintain Professional Boundaries: Respect clients' boundaries and confidentiality, maintaining professional relationships with clients and their families. Participate in Continuous Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge, skills, and expertise, including: Completing mandatory training and updates Participating in regular supervision and feedback sessions

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- No formal qualifications required
- Full training provided, no previous experience needed

Further Information
Locations: Maghera, Castledawson, Desertmartin ,Draperstown, Upperlands, Portglenone, Ballymena. Wage: £13.00 per hour (Weekdays) £14.00 per hour (Weekends) under review. Working Hours: Am/Lunch & Tea/Bed Shifts Available Open to all applicants, no prior experience necessary.
