Creche Manager / Project Coordinator
Job description
To work with the local WHSCT Early Years Team, to ensure all childrens activities and services are in line with minimum standards and government guidelines.
Responsibilities
- To work with the local WHSCT Early Years Team, to ensure all childrens activities and services are in line with minimum standards and government guidelines.
- To contribute to the development, implementation and updating of the strategic plan of the Centre.
- Work with the Director and Management Team to develop the sustainability of the Crèche programmes and services.
- Open and close premises as and when required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience working as a creche Manager or a leader role within a creche setting.
- Recent experience holding a childcare co-ordination/supervision role in a formal setting.
- IT competent.
- Level 5 Childcare Qualification plus 3 years’ experience working with children in a formal setting.
- Level 2 Math & English.
- Experience / training in signposting & supporting children and parents with their mental health well-being.
Desirable Skills
- Experience of working in the Community Sector.
