Job description

The daily running of the kitchen, staff rotas, HACCP, and Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Accepting and signing for food deliveries
• Preparation of food dishes
• The cooling and serving of all food dishes
• Overseeing that the kitchen is clean and equipment is left ready for use.
• The general running of the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Adhering to the criteria on cleaning schedule.
• Ensuring that all staff comply with company policy in relation to cleaning and preparation of all dishes.
• The ordering of all food Stuffs for Cromore Halt.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Head Chef experience
• 706/2 or Level 3 NVQ
