Job description
The daily running of the kitchen, staff rotas, HACCP, and Health and Safety.
Responsibilities
- Accepting and signing for food deliveries
- Preparation of food dishes
- The cooling and serving of all food dishes
- Overseeing that the kitchen is clean and equipment is left ready for use.
- The general running of the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Adhering to the criteria on cleaning schedule.
- Ensuring that all staff comply with company policy in relation to cleaning and preparation of all dishes.
- The ordering of all food Stuffs for Cromore Halt.
