THE EMPLOYER IS: AN DROICHEAD The Business Development Officer will support the development & sustainability of community-based enterprises and income generating activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business and funding opportunities.
  • Support business planning & Social enterprise development.
  • Build partnerships with statutory, voluntary and private sector stakeholders.
  • Assist with project delivery monitoring & reporting to funders.
  • Contribute to the long-term financial sustainability and social impact within the community.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Experience in business & community development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Good standard of Written & Spoken Irish language.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of working in a similar role.
