Responsible for the day-to-day running of the educational programmes including advertising the courses that are available, recruiting participants, monitoring attendance/achievement and being a point of contact for queries.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate provision of data is held for all funders.
- Liaise with education partners to promote and prepare a schedule of digital courses that will be provided at the centre.
- To coordinate and administrate the provision of courses in direct relation to the Digital Hub within the centre
- Monitor and manage budgets and present appropriate information as required for funders and the committee.
- Identify and develop curriculum and delivery method with partners to target difficult to reach and marginalised groups.
- Conduct comprehensive training and skills needs analysis with employers to identify workforce development requirements within vocational sectors.
- Maintain a working knowledge of funding application processes for projects, including securing and sustaining ongoing funding streams (e.g. continued funding for the Digital Hub).
- Provide accurate and timely information on timetabling to assist the group’s manager.
- Attend meetings in relation to the coordination of digital hub.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Degree or equivalent level qualification Or 1 years employment experience in a management or coordinator role
- An ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally including effective report writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills
- Driving licence and access to a car.
- Mac Computer knowledge.
- Excellent organisational skills.
