IT Apprenticeship
Job description
What is Fieldfisher? Fieldfisher is a European law firm with market leading practices in technology, financial services, energy & natural resources and life sciences. What does the IT team do? Our IT department supports Fieldfisher’s technology and digital systems internationally. This includes maintaining our hardware and software, managing user access, supporting our case management and operational systems, ensuring cyber security, delivering technical support to colleagues, and helping the firm adopt new tools and technology. The team also looks after system upgrades, troubleshooting, data integrity, and works closely with departments across the firm to keep everything running smoothly. This apprenticeship would suit somebody who’s curious about how a large organisation’s IT function operates and who has a genuine interest in technology. They’ll learn how systems are supported day to day, how IT keeps the firm secure, and how the team partners with colleagues to solve problems and improve the user experience. It would suit someone who enjoys practical learning, problem solving, and working with people. The apprentice will be supported by experienced mentors throughout. ApprenticeshipNI eligibility conditions apply.
