Due to high demand, we are expanding to the Omagh area and now need a Route supervisor/cleaner. If you are friendly, efficient and love cleaning. Molly Maid Northern Ireland would love for you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside cleaning assistant to clean customers' homes.
• Drop 'We Clean Your Neighbour' Cards/Flyers to neighbouring houses.
• Carrying out quality checks & providing advice to the team.
• Ensuring the availability of staff in order to complete cleaning schedules.
• Customer care calls & service reminders.
• Ensure the team(s) carry appropriate equipment & supplies & appropriate records are up to date.
• Prepare sheets, keys, folders & products are ready for handover.
• Ensuring optimum usage of cleaning supplies & equipment.
• Review team car; ensuring that they are serviced & maintained as necessary, ensuring the monthly car report has been carried out.
• Carry out estimates.
• Attend training courses/regional meetings when requested.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full UK drivers licence.
• Supervisory experience.
• Cleaning and housekeeping experience.
