Job description

To support local volunteer recruitment and development of our adult members through developing new training sessions, removing barriers to volunteering and supporting community partnerships. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the NI Volunteer Development Team and the NI Learning Team Lead for Training to coordinate and support the delivery of the Learning Scheme.
• Work collaboratively with the NI Learning Team Lead to identify training needs and design and deliver training sessions and workshops.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 5 GCSEs A-C, including English Language and Maths (or equivalent).

Desirable Skills

• Third level qualification.
