Job description

As Centre Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of Fermanagh Early Years Children and Family Centre (FEYC) as a centre of excellence which delivers high quality care, learning and development for children aged 0 to12.

Responsibilities

• The post holder will ensure that there is a continued focus on the implementation of quality improvements in the Centre.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A proven track record of effectively managing financial and service resources to meet agreed targets.
• A degree in in a relevant discipline Early Years Care & Education or Social Work.
• At least 2 years’ experience of managing a day care facility or equivalent, including leadership of a staff team.

Desirable Skills

• Post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of Northern Ireland childcare regulatory and legislative frameworks.
