THE EMPLOYER IS: NUTRITION & INTERNET SUPPLEMENTS LIMITED We are seeking a reliable Goods In & Stock Control Assistant to support our busy supplement retail and distribution business. The role involves receiving deliveries, checking stock accuracy, organising inventory, and ensuring products are correctly stored and available for both shop and online orders. There is the opportunity to progress within a growing business. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
• Organise stock into correct warehouse/shop locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using stock systems.
• Pick and prepare products for customer orders when required.
• Assist with regular stock counts and audits.
• Keep stock areas clean, safe, and well organised.
• Report damaged or missing items to management.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability carrying out physical tasks (lifting boxes, moving stock).
• Basic IT skills for stock systems.

Desirable Skills

• Previous warehouse or stock control experience.
• Knowledge of supplements or retail stock environments.
• Forklift or manual handling experience (not essential).
