HR Business Partner
Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team based in Belfast. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, with the ability to support and influence stakeholders across the business. Experience within a production or manufacturing environment would be advantageous. In this role, the HR Business Partner will advise on HR policy and support the implementation of HR procedures and processes. The position works closely with leadership to develop and drive an HR agenda that directly supports the business goals.
Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 10 to15 years of general HR experience providing wide and deep expert competence.
- 3 to 6 years of experience planning and managing resources to deliver defined objectives.
- Educated to University / Post-graduate (Masters) Degree level.
