THE EMPLOYER IS: MOOCHA KOMBUCHA We are a fast growing, gut-health focused drinks brand looking for a Marketing Assistant. We are looking for a creative, motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support our award-winning marketing team. This is a great opportunity to bring new ideas, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of a growing brand. We are a small but growing team and this is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the digital marketing strategy across multiple social media platforms.
• Create engaging, on-brand content -from captions and blog posts to recipes and influencer collaborations.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts, ensuring consistency and audience engagement.
• Research and connect with influencers who share our values.
• Assist in organising campaigns, mail drops, and other promotional activities within Kalvaio.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and suggest fresh, creative ideas.
• Day to day running of our Shopify website, fulfilling online orders and dealing directly with our customer base.
• Creating online advertising campaigns using Meta and Google Ads, being in charge of advertising spend and monthly reports on the success of these campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A relevant qualification in marketing, digital marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
• Passion for social media, branding, and connecting with audiences.
• Some hands-on experience in content creation or digital marketing (through internships, freelance work, university projects, or personal projects).
• Skilled in using design/video tools like Canva and Shopify, Kalavio.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
