Responsibilities

• Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, cultivating a performance-driven culture.

• Manage, coach, and motivate your team, providing training and development opportunities to support career progression.

Skills and Qualifications

• Enhance team performance through training and development.

Desirable Skills

• Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
