THE EMPLOYER IS: QLC SOLUTIONS LTD We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering great customer service while driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Learning basic sales methods including lead generation, follow-up, and supporting the sales process.
  • Developing an understanding of products and services to explain features and benefits to customers.
  • Using CRM systems to record customer details, enquiries, and sales activity accurately.
  • Maintaining and updating sales pipelines, tracking prospects through defined sales stages, and supporting accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activity.
  • Supporting customer-facing sales activities, including preparing quotations, assisting with product demonstrations, handling basic customer enquiries, and ensuring accurate handover of information within the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Confidence in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving and listening skills.
  • Basic IT skills (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in a B2B or customer-facing sales role.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Strong negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Good understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Full UK driving licence (for field-based roles).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for reporting.

The Employer is: QLC SOLUTIONS LTD JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
