Job description

We are a leading Northern Ireland Building Services company with an excellent reputation stretching back to 1926. Due to continued growth, we have a vacancy for a Payroll and Admin Assistant to join a strong and stable company.

Responsibilities

  • Completion of weekly payroll to include checking timesheets, adding hours to Eque2 Construct and Sage 50 payroll for weekly submission.
  • Ensuring that Contract folders are opened and kept up to date.
  • Assist with H&S Duties.
  • Assist with audits for example health and safety, environmental and quality.
  • Maintain the vehicle schedule including booking services, MOT’s and monitoring fuel cards.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Ordering PPE/uniforms as required.
  • Provide support to purchase ledger in busy periods - including posting purchase invoices, sub-contract invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, following up purchase invoice queries and correspondence with suppliers.
  • General assistance to our office team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Sage 50 payroll.

Desirable Skills

  • Sage 50 accounts.
  • Eque2 Construct.
  • Previous experience in construction.
