Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: AP EVENTSS NI LIMITED This role involves planning and setting up events, balloon set ups, balloon prepping and the general upkeep of the work place. There may be some travel required for larger events.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing events run smoothly, making sure everything is prepared for each event.
• Placing orders and co-ordinating with other vendors and suppliers.
• Keeping the workplace in order.

• Organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Project management

• Creative ability.
