As our Reception Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental and meeting spaces at North West Business Complex, creating a safe and welcoming experience for tenants, clients and visitors. The post holder will be the first point of contact dealing with tenants and suppliers. The main role will be to provide administration support to staff and management. The successful candidate must have previous administration experience of working in a busy office environment as this is a key role with great responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and tenants.
- Welcome visitors to the complex.
- Managing queries and resolving any issues as necessary.
- Maintaining records.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Any other duties deemed appropriate.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an administration role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
