THE EMPLOYER IS: STARBUCKS - RITCIN The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. This role involves creating a welcoming environment, operating café equipment, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Handling the coffee machine.
• Maintaining personal hygiene.
• Following all food safety and health and safety protocols.
• Following all set recipes and not under or over using stock.
• Speaking with customers, handling queries.
• Serving customers using POS system.
• Offer product recommendations.
• Work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Cleaning and clearing tables.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• None, training will be provided.

Desirable Skills

• Maths and English.
