Job description

Sweet Drop is looking for a Farm Worker to join our glasshouse and outdoor growing team. We specialise in tomatoes, cucumbers, chillies, and fresh produce grown on-site. Planting, harvesting, pruning, irrigating, and maintaining crops, picking and packing tomatoes, cucumbers, chillies, and other produce.

Responsibilities

• Planting, pruning, tying, and general crop maintenance.
• Picking and packing tomatoes, cucumbers, chillies, and other produce
• Watering, fertilising and monitoring plant health
• Cleaning and maintaining the glasshouse and work areas,
• Assisting with deliveries and general farm tasks
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Able to work in warm glasshouse conditions
