Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: ASK ADVICE SERVICES. The position is Welfare Rights Receptionist. The duties will be to control a busy appointment schedule for advisers, to answer telephone calls & eventually to control a triage system for appointments. You will also learn to manage a share point data base for HR Guidance, to record statutory holidays for staff & to record all staff meetings & planned training. You will eventually take part in welfare rights training when available in order to advance your professional career.
