Looking for a new opportunity? Silver Cloud Care NI is currently recruiting Community Care Assistants for night sits with our client in Carrickfergus. We are looking for kind and caring individuals to provide care and support to vulnerable adults in their own home. If you are passionate about making a difference to the lives of others, we would love to hear from you. Night sits available 22.00 pm to 08.00am. We offer, immediate interviews, competitive rate of pay, flexible working hours, minimum call time 1 hour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Support independence with dignity and respect.
• Assisting with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Provide much needed company and and engaging conversation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a good listener
• A non judgemental approach to care
• Driver with access to own car

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience working as a Care Assistant (not essential as full training will be provided)

Further Information

You will be required to undergo an enhanced Access NI enhanced check Be registered with NISCC (or willing to register) Complete all mandatory training.
