Job description

To assist the Building Safety Manager in ensuring the NIHE’s Higher Risk Residential Buildings (HRRB’s), within the scope of legislation, are compliantly managed and maintained safely and evidenced through the creation and continued management of building safety cases.

Responsibilities

• To act as a named Building Safety Officer reporting to a Building Safety Manager with an assigned portfolio of Higher Risk Residential Buildings (HRRBs).

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Possess a Degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in a building/construction or health and safety related discipline PLUS 2 years’ relevant experience working in a building/construction or H&S etc.
