Job description

As a Care Assistant you will support our customers with personal care including washing & bathing, medication prompting, meal time support, light domestic chores and shopping whilst most importantly providing companionship.

• Support our customers with personal care including washing & bathing, medication prompting, meal time support, light domestic chores and shopping.
• All our customers needs vary and each customer will have a tailored care plan to reflect that.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• No previous care experience is necessary.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to/your own vehicle.
• Able to clearly communicate verbally with our customers, and you will also be required to read customer care plans and record customer notes.

Further Information

Work Time: 7.30am to 2pm; 2pm to 7pm; 7pm to 10.30pm. Evening and weekend work required on a rota basis. Our customers require care and support 7 days a week, and as part of a rota basis, you would be required to work in the evenings and at weekends. No previous care experience is necessary to join us. We provide a full in-house training and support program to ensure you learn all the skills you need to care to the highest of standards. No specific qualifications are required, although you must be fluent in English as you will be required to communicate with our customers, and also read and record customer care plans and notes.
