- Answer telephones, process prescriptions, book appointments.
- Be able to deal with patient queries.
- Scanning, photocopying and support clinical staff with tasks as requested.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent to include English and Maths.
- Be able to work in a team and use your initiative. Flexible.
- Previous Office experience preferable.
