Job description

Housing Benefit Assessment Officers will be responsible for the processing and assessment of Housing Benefit claims and the provision of advice relating to Housing Benefit claims.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A Levels or equivalent level qualification (Level 3) and can demonstrate 1 years’ relevant experience or 5 GCSEs or equivalent level qualification (Level 2) to include Maths and English at grade C etc.
