Job description

To carry out a range of maintenance duties and to provide a comprehensive maintenance service in Housing Executive properties. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.

• To undertake all labouring work associated with the maintenance and refurbishment of Housing Executive stock / buildings.
