THE EMPLOYER IS: INFINITE LIFE SOLUTIONS LTD T/A ZEN DAY SPA Zen Day Spa are looking for Spa Therapists to join our team. Assist the Manager and therapist team in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager and therapist team in daily tasks.
• Perform Spa Packages, Holistic treatments.
• Perform a range of body massages and wellness treatments.
• Perform a range of skin and facial treatments.
• Perform a range of beauty treatments.
• Conduct skin analysis (face and body).
• Welcome customers upon their arrival.
• Provide consultations product recommendations & after care advice.
• Sales & marketing assistance.
• Assist in stocktaking and reports.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• NVQ Beauty Level 2.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding retail sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service in beauty industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable Skills

• NVQ Beauty Level 3.
• Previous Spa, Skinor Beauty or similar experience.
• Experience in retail and sales experience.
• Experience in advanced skin treatments.
